Where did you grow up?

What do you like best about Mukilteo?
Mukilteo Lighthouse state park with the beach, lighthouse, ferry, sunsets, and views of Whidbey Island and the Olympic Mountains.

What is your "day job"?
Account Manager at Innovac in Edmonds, WA, a specialty service company for industrial vacuuming and HVAC cleaning.  I have very interesting customers and jobsites around Puget Sound including University of Washington, Boeing, Pike Place Market, US Coast Guard and many others.

How did you first get involved with benefit auctions?
I started volunteering with People for Puget Sound beach habitat restoration and was invited to volunteer for the auction.  I really enjoyed mingling with the guests, and raising funds for a great cause, so I traded the sandy beach for the fancy ballroom for my volunteering!

What do you like best about benefit auctions?
The enthusiasm of the groups, and the philanthropy of the guests.  There are so many interesting causes that I find it very rewarding to participate.

What do you enjoy about your role with Allegria Auctions?
Just as the name implies, Allegria creates a fun atmosphere and an intimacy with the organization and guests.

If you were a fruit or vegetable, what would you be and why?
I am small and red, like a radish!  And like the radish I am quite low maintenance and thrive in the broad range of seasons in the cool Pacific Northwest.  Radishes were also involved in meeting my husband, and demonstrating my father's love for me, so they have a special place in my heart.
